Lovell Partnerships has revealed that all the homes built for the second phase of the Castleward development have sold out.
Last month, it was announced that the project, which will create a total of 800 homes across a 30-acre brownfield site, had been shortlisted for a national award. The scheme was announced as a finalist at the Inside Housing Development Awards, which take place later this year.
The awards celebrate the best residential developments across the UK, with Castleward being shortlisted in the ‘Best development (urban – outside of London)’ category.
The second phase of Castleward is made up of 54 two and three-bedroom homes.
