The event which runs from 5.30pm – 7.30pm will see Stephen talking candidly about the challenges of running one of the most forward-thinking football clubs in the country. He will outline some of the innovative new business practices he has introduced into the club over the last year – including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) – designed to grow the organisation and provide transparency and alignment to strategic objectives along the way.
