Derby City Council have announced plans for a Grade A riverside office development to be situated alongside the Silk Mill and Cathedral Green.
The scheme is expected to create 180 new jobs in addition to those safeguarded at Unite the Union who will see their regional headquarters based in the building.
It will also include basement car parking with an expected completion date of Autumn 2020.
