The University of Derby are offering businesses the change to join their Help To Grow management programme which is 90% government funded.

Designed for senior leaders, the programme is tailored to help you find ways of boosting performance, building resilience, and creating a platform for long-term business growth. The programme is aimed to build your expertise in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, responsible business and financial management. By the end of the programme you’ll develop a business growth plan that’s designed to help your organisation to achieve its full potential.

To be eligible, your business must employ more than 5 people and less than 250 people. Businesses must have been operating for a minimum of 1 year. Unfortunately, charities cannot participate.
