Some £1.2 billion of investment opportunities across Derby will be showcased when the Derby Property Summit returns next month.
Hundreds of business leaders, key decision makers and investors to attend the event on Wednesday, July 14, which will be a mix of in-person and online.
The Derby Property Summit is the region’s largest investment insight event and the first hybrid property and investment event in the city.
The summit will be chaired by business journalist Declan Curry and will explore how cities are reshaping in a post-pandemic world with a focus on Derby’s investment pipeline – through keynote, Q&A and a panel.
