Derby has been named as the third safest city in the UK in a recent study of thirty cities by Compare the Market.

One of the high ranking factors for this placement was the city’s relatively low crime rate in comparison to other cities around the UK. The statistics were determined using postcode areas of the city centre.

The Cathedral Quarter BID Rangers work very closely with the Police and other agencies to address crime and ASB within the City Centre.
