A new office scheme on Friar Gate has been launched by David Brown Commercial.
120 Friar Gate will be a four-storey 7,080 sq ft building and the high spec office space will offer 28 secure parking spaces, and has been designed with a modern workforce in mind, with features possibly including living walls, LED lighting, cycle stores and showers.
This development will be a welcome addition to the Cathedral Quarter and is expected to open in mid-2020.
