Derby rated UKs second best night out for Students

Derby has been rated the second-best night out for students in the UK out of  61 university towns according to a range of factors in a new survey by Digital Loft.

The factors comprised of “nightlife options”, “price of a pint”, “price of a taxi (start)”, “price of a taxi (1km)”, “safety index”, and “number of takeaways”.

Huddersfield was ranked No 1 with Derby coming behind in a close second. Chester was at No 3 while Liverpool was No 4, and Sheffield was No 5.
