HUUB announce partnership with Jason Kenny

25/06/2021

The HUUB family of speed continues to grow, with the latest inductee to racing faster being none other than six-time Olympic gold medallist Jason Kenny. It is with great pride that, HUUB welcomes Jason to their family of athletes of all abilities overall disciplines.

Dean Jackson, HUUB’s CEO, commented, “Jason has cemented his name into the British Olympic history books and is one of the most decorated Team GB cyclists. At HUUB we love speed and when it comes to Jason Kenny – it doesn’t get any faster!”

Jason Kenny commented on the partnership, “I’m really excited about the prospects with HUUB. As sprinters everyone sees us going really fast, there is a massive aero-dynamic part of that and a massive technology part, but we also ride on the road and need a really good and big body of equipment, which HUUB offer right across the range. I’m looking forward to the partnership and working together to produce some really cool stuff, bringing areo and speed to all!”

Jason began cycling by chance at the velodrome in Manchester and instantly fell in love with the sport, especially the mixture between the massive physical effort – man and machine working together. He was quickly talent-spotted for the London Olympics, a real case of being in the right place at the right time and HUUB are certainly happy about that!

Dean added “We have a collective of incredible advisors at HUUB that we name our ‘Fellowship of Speed’. Jason joins us at the early stages of our shift towards bringing our expertise in materials, aero and thermo-regulation gains into cycling. Jason will be joining the knowledge of Dan Bigham, Jacob Tipper and the Ribble Weldtite Road Team along with expertise from our exclusive partnership with Vorteq.”
