Derby has been shortlisted for two prestigious national real estate awards, organized by Estates Gazette. The city’s collaboration project, Derby City Lab, involving Marketing Derby, Derby City Council, the University of Derby, Lathams, and Clowes Developments, has been nominated for the Public/Private Partnership Award. Additionally, Derby itself is a finalist for the City of the Year Award, competing against Birmingham and Cardiff. The EG Awards recognize outstanding deals, developments, workplaces, and emerging talent in the real estate sector. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on October 17th.
