A three-hour exploration of how you can use the concepts of doing, being, belonging and becoming from an Occupational Therapy perspective to support your health and wellbeing journey.
Led by Kylie, an experienced mental health Occupational Therapist, this workshop combines education on these four different domains with group discussions and opportunities for personal reflections, journalling, meditation, practical activities and tools that will support you to take this learning forward into your everyday lives.
Join Kylie for a thought-provoking session that will encourage you to consider how you can align what you are doing in day-to-day life with who you are, your connections with others and the world and who you want to become, supporting you to think about how you can curate a balance of meaningful, purposeful activity and achieve your full potential.
No prior experience or knowledge of Occupational Therapy is necessary and the session is suitable for all abilities. All are welcome to join this inspiring workshop to think together about how we can use meaningful, purposeful activity to support our health and wellbeing
