On Saturday 21 March (11am–4pm) we are hosting the Share The Harvest Project Launch at Thrivemind Village CIC, 39 Iron Gate, Derby. The day will also include the premiere screening of a short documentary by Ben Sherwood, capturing the story of our community fridge and the network of volunteers, growers and partners who have helped redistribute fresh food across Derby over the past year.
The first film screening will take place at 12pm, followed by a Q&A with Ben and Thrivemind Village volunteers.
Share The Harvest marks the next stage of our work strengthening local food resilience — building on Derby’s first community fridge and expanding our partnerships with growers, surplus food providers and community volunteers.
The event will include the film screening, conversation about the project, food, and opportunities for people to connect and get involved.
