Flowga teacher Matilda Rowland will lead a fusion exercise class to stretch and strengthen, combining yoga, pilates and movement.  No previous experience of yoga or pilates is necessary.  Enjoy the unique experience of Flowga under Gaia at Derby Cathedral!
