First Fridays: The Art that Made Us Makers and Artists Social

Want to hear about the fantastic opportunities for artists and makers coming up throughout 2022 at Derby Museums?

Meet and socialise with like-minded makers and learn about Assemble, First Fridays and co-production opportunities at this informal networking event at the Museum of Making.

Featuring an exhibition of work by students from Derby College and Museum of Making Artist in Residence Katie Sims.

Timings:

6-7.30pm – A chance to network and socialise with like-minded artists and makers and explore work created by Derby College students and by Artist/Maker in Residence Katie Sims

7.30-8pm – Learn about upcoming projects and opportunities at Derby Museums and how you can get involved, presentations and Q+A from members of staff

8-9pm – Making activities and more time to socialise and network with local makers and artists.
