Derby Film Festival at Quad

The sixth edition of Derby Film Festival is here! Bringing you 26 feature films that will screening in Derby for the first time along with over 50 short films and, in a new addition for this year’s festival, 4 mid-length films that run between 30-60 minutes. Some of these films may never play the UK again, while some will be filling the editorial columns of film writers this winter and next spring.

We have two special guest for this year’s festival – Our Hero Of Cinema Award will be given to the esteemed Ken Loach for his stellar work in cinema over the past….50+ years. Ken will be joining us with his brand new film, fresh from competition at the Cannes Film Festival, Sorry We Missed You. See you at the Movies!
