The flagship european restaurant is an elegant and contemporary restaurant, incorporating luxurious furnishings. It provides a unique opportunity to experience the essence of European cuisine. It is comfortable yet smart, an intimate environment, divided into two rooms where sensitive furnishings, music and lighting form an unnoticed backdrop to the food and the company. The restaurant features a modern and diverse menu based on classical European traditions using the finest ingredients, sourced throughout the UK and abroad, and cooked freshly, with passion and great presentation. Changing menus and specialities retain the restaurants position as one of the best in Derby. The restaurant also offers unique panoramic views over Derby Cathedral and the opportunity to watch the world go by. Full capacity in the restaurant is 40 people at any one sitting, it is advisable to reserve a table.
