All we ask of you is that you are ready for your treatment at the time of your appointment. Securing your booking We may ask you to pay a deposit to secure your booking for treatments an hour and over. Any deposits paid are refundable or transferable to another appointment as long as 48 hours notice is given. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that if you are required to cancel any appointment please give us as much notice as possible, preferably over 48 hours. If you fail to cancel your appointment any deposit paid is non-refundable.
